 Product overview


  Honeycomb restraint system geocell is a new polymer synthetic material modified on the basis of
polymer plastics. It is a three-dimensional network formed by ultrasonic welding. It is mainly
characterized by three-dimensional restriction of soil from plane and vertical height by filling the
nest chamber with soil, sand or concrete, so as to form a structure with strong lateral restriction
and stiffness, Thus, instead of traditional materials such as reinforced cement, the surface soil can
be permanently fixed and repaired.

     1. Retaining Wall  

   Honeycomb Restraint System provide steep vertical mechanically stabilized earth structures for steep faces, walls and irregular topography

 

 2. Slope Protection  

 The three-dimensional lateral confinement of honeycomb Restraint System along with anchoring techniques ensures the long-term stability of slopes using vegetated topsoil, aggregate or concrete surfacing


 3. Ground Stabilization

 Honeycomb Restraint System strengthen the aggregate infill, thereby simultaneously enabling the use of poorly graded inferior material for infill as well as reducing the structural support layer   thickness.Typical stabilization applications include reinforcement of base and subbase layers in flexible pavements, including: roads, railway substructure and ballast confinement;working platforms in   intermodal ports; airport runways.


       4. Load Support 

 Honeycomb Restraint System have been used to improve the performance of both paved and unpaved roads by reinforcing the soil inthe subgrade-base interface or within the base course. The effective   load distribution of geocell creates a strong,stiff 3D cellular mattress which can reduce vertical differential settlement into soft subgrades, improves shear strength, and enhances load-bearing capacity,   while  reducing the amount of aggregate material required to extend the service life of roads.
