Rainwater Infiltration Pipe

1, Rainwater infiltration pipes made of PE solid wall or PE winding structure wall are better options, in order to be welded with inspection wells made of the same material.
2, The diameter of the holes is not less than 150mm, according to drainage flow.
3, Plastic pipe with hole rate of 1% to 3%.
 
System installation
 
1, Under normal conditions, infiltration rainwater inspection wells and infiltration pipe are buried in the connected ditch. When laid on a large slope, the wells and ditches should be cut off to improve rainwater storage.
2, A layer of coarse sand shall be placed on the ditch bottom, and then a layer of permeable geotextile, which is wide enough to wrap gravel layer.
3, Gravel layer is placed on the geotextile to reach the required thickness, close the top of the geotextile. When the inspection wells reach a default elevation, wrap with another set of pre-made geotextile, placed in the corresponding wells, and fill gravel between the body and geotextile.
4, Ditches and wells should be buried by a gravel layer, and then wrapped by geotextile. Fill the ground surface with soil or back fill the wells. Sand filling and soil filling should come alternately.
5, Infiltration pipe is installed in the gravel layer according to the design slope and elevation. The top and bottom surfaces of the gravel are flat and horizontal.
6, During construction, we should pay special attention to ensure that the slope of the system and the outlet pipe bottom elevation, to ensure the drainage capacity.
7, The inlet pipe of rainwater infiltration inspection wells should be higher than the standard elevation of the outlet bottom, and determined by the engineering design drawings.The laying slope of the infiltration pipe should be in the range of 0.01 to 0.02.
