China is a country with relatively poor water resources and extremely uneven spatial and temporal distribution. The annual distribution of precipitation and runoff concentrates in the summer months, and the frequent occurrence of drought disasters and prominent contradiction between water supply and demand in some areas are caused by the alternation of successive years of high and low water resources. Rainwater collection and utilization can reasonably alleviate these two contradictions. It can not only save water resources, but also reduce the burden of urban drainage facilities.

1. Pollution interception basket
At the front end of the treatment device, a rainwater pollution interception basket is set up. The basket is made of PE finished material, with stainless steel filter mesh and non-woven fabric. At the same time, the built-in filter mesh with a diameter of 2 mm can intercept larger garbage and leaves.
The basket is equipped with a handle, which can easily remove the sediment and filtered garbage from the basket on the ground and effectively protect the normal operation of the later device.

Rainwater discarding device
At the initial stage of rainfall, the first 2-5 minutes of rainwater is generally polluted seriously and the discharge is relatively small. When passing through the initial abandoned flow filter, rainwater will first be discharged through the low-level open sewage pipe due to the effect of gravity. After the increase of rainfall, the pressure on the baffle increases. Under the action of water flow pressure, the floating ball located at the upper end of the sewage pipe closes the sewage pipe, and the liquid level in the barrel rises. Rainwater is filtered through a horizontal filter screen and then flows to the outlet for collection. After the rain stops, with the decrease of rainwater stored in the device, the float ball is automatically reset under the spring elastic force, and the garbage produced by the filter in the barrel is taken out, thus realizing the functions of discarding, filtering and automatic sewage discharge of the initial rainwater.

Rainwater automatic filter
The product uses the characteristics of gravity flow of rainwater to separate the garbage and water in rainwater automatically, so as to get cleaner rainwater.
Rainwater flows vertically through elbows in the device, and encounters umbrella-shaped shunt structure, so that rainwater flows along the umbrella-shaped edge, contacts the vertical filter, rainwater flows to the clean water chamber after filtering through the filter, and garbage falls to the garbage receiving port along the network surface, so that rainwater can be filtered, garbage can be shunted and discharged automatically.
Rainwater automatic filter has high filtering accuracy, and the diameter of the net reaches 0.4mm. It is usually installed after filtrating through sewage interception and discarded flow. The filtered rainwater can be directly greened and sprinkled, which is very effective.

Modular rainwater collection tank
The filtered water enters the modular rainwater collection tank, is lifted by a pump, aerated by a jet, and filtered through ceramsite. A jet aerator connected with the outlet pipeline of the pump is installed at the bottom of the pool for efficient jet aeration. The air and water mix in the diffuse section of the jet and emit, forming a strong mixing flow in the pool, shearing the water flow, so that the air sucked by negative pressure is thoroughly crushed, a large amount of oxygen is dissolved into the water, the utilization rate of oxygen reaches 20%, and the air and water are torn up by a high-speed rotating impeller in the mixing disc. Gas-liquid turbulent mixing and high-speed ejection from the outlet. Because of the strong injection of water, air is cut into a large number of tiny bubbles, which greatly improves the mass transfer volume and forms a floating effective flow, circulating a large amount of oxygen is dissolved in water, has a very high oxygen utilization rate, meets the biochemical needs of microorganisms, and makes the removal effect of organic matter in the oxygen tank in a relatively stable state.
